Untreated wood fibres are hydrophilic and fluffy. Making them difficult to use in plastic production. Our patented technology increases the wood-fibres compatibility with polymer matrices. This is why injection molding with FibraQ exhibits higher flowability and enables production in larger volumes than other wood-based bio-granulate brands today.
It is fully customizable, allowing you to have full control over the final material mix according to your product requirements and sustainability goals. FibraQ can be mixed with virgin/recycled PE and PP, PS or other biopolymers and the biogranulate can be processed via injection molding or thermoforming.
